The Amy Prisco Agency is a bi-lingual, full-service real estate sales, rental, management and relocation consulting company headquartered in Salinas, Ecuador. We are incorporated in Ecuador and are fully licensed according to Ecuadorian law. Our goal is to provide honest, reliable real estate advice that you can trust from a seasoned professional.
The Amy Prisco Agency serves our broad expat community as well as our Ecuadorian neighbors. Our services and real estate emphasis are on the purchase, sale or rental of beachfront, ocean view coastal properties.
Our main office is in the Province of Santa Elena (particularly Salinas) which covers the entire southern coast including towns such as Ballenita, Punta Blanca, Manglaralto, Montañita and Olón, all the way up to Puerto Lopez and Puerto Cayo in the Province of Manabí. We also head southeast towards the rustic beach town of Playas and into Guayaquil.
We have a newly opened branch office in Crucita, which is just north of Manta and covers the entire northern coast of Ecuador.
Coming soon: a new satellite office in the Highland Region (Sierra) in the expat favorite town of Cotacachi.
